Reservations are not valid, unless you’ve a written confirmation from Top NYCT Limo. We recommend that you make your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the actual time of Limo. However, last minute reservation will be possible depending on availability of Limousine. Cancellations We require at least (3) hours notice to cancel your reservation. If you cancel less than (5) hour before your time of Limousine, we will charge cancellation fee of 100% percent. Overtime Please ask your chauffeur, if it is possible to go over the reserved time. Approval of the overtime is not guaranteed, it depends on vehicle availability. A fifteen minute grace period is allowed following the reserved time Hourly Reservation Hourly charges, including all applicable fees and gratuity will apply on the overtime hourly rate. Deposit will require pay in full making a reservation if the customer provided a valid credit card. Other Charges Other non negotiable charges will apply for damaged vehicle such as: broken glassware, electronic equipment, carpets, bars, lights, seats, etc Drug Use Prohibited Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and a charge for the full quoted price and other occurring charges. Please refrain from excessive drinking, be respectful to the chauffeur, refrain from the use of foul language, and unacceptable behavior - it will lead to termination of the transportation TO anyone. No Liability We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, breakdown, etc. We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone any time due to situations . NYCT Limo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modifies, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, without advance notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective when notice of such change is posted.
